Back in the year 2011, My Daily Roti purchased a pair of APC Petite Standards from his trip to NYC. Since then, it became MDR's staple choice of bottoms when he decides to wear something to cover up those pale legs of his. Since then, they have been through some heavy wear, including being stained with paintball filling after a hot afternoon's paintball match.
First wash (Day 52)

MDR was reluctant to wash his favourite pair of jeans, rather preferring to obtain more contrasting fades. However, as it had been 52 days since the first time my legs slipped through the jeans, hence they were smelling like crap and worst of all, looked like someone took a crap on parts of the jeans after being stained. That left MDR no choice but to pop them pair of jeans into the washing machine. Prior to the first wash, the APCs had stretched to almost a full size larger at the waist and they shrunk back to the original waist size after the first wash, this is a trait of APCs due to them being non sanforised.
Second wash (Day 203)
Above: Pre-wash and after wash, notice that the fibres reverted back to their original lengths and the legs had shrunk.
Above: After wash, noticeable fading. Whiskers on the inner thighs and fading on knees and imprint of phone on upper right thigh.
Since then, the APCs were washed for the second time approximately 130 days later after the first wash. By this time, the fades had started to show in a more contrasting fashion.
Today (2 years, 7 months and 17 days later)

Many more days went by and MDR continued to adorn himself with his favourite pair of jeans until they finally gave way at the crotch when tears began to show, not an uncommon problem and most probably did not happen because MDR was well endowed. By then, they had been worn for 342 days, almost a year and are still a staple part of the MDR wardrobe after they have been patched up.
