Why is ZARA great? - The Shopping Experience

This will be my 2nd and last post of my "Why is ZARA great?" post series. It will be rather short as you can see below as I'm already feeling a bit uneasy posting about fashion fashion and fashion lately.
  
    In my previous post I talked about how ZARA delivers trendy and nice looking clothes with acceptable quality and reasonable (ok....not so in M'sia) pricing. The other thing I enjoy about shopping at ZARA is the shopping experience itself. Let me compare the shopping experience with one of ZARA's main competitors in M'sia, Topman. No offense to Topman, but MOST of their clothes have shit quality and even their Topman LTD line looks shitty for the price. I do buy essentials like T-shirts at Topman though, so don't hate me.

    Alright, let's continue. Well, basically I think the shopping experience at ZARA is much better than Topman as the design of their stores makes you feel better. It feels more premium, more professional, more accomadating while go to any Topman store and it's like you're suffocating. Racks and racks of clothes here and there and hardly enough place to walk around. Additionally, the sales people at ZARA are more well dressed compared to the sales people at Topman. I know I know, they target different markets. But most of the time Topman's store designs are just revolting. Too much colour, too "beng-ish" while ZARA's is always simple and neat (except during sales). Of all the fast fashion stores I've been to which includes the likes of H&M which has shitty product quality and also our very own SEED by Padini (I'm sorry but the quality just lousy), ZARA is the one that stands out most in terms of interior design. Also, ZARA stores are always located in the better parts of town and even while they are not high end fashion, they still don't look out of place in those kind of places.

    Lastly, ZARA is also green if you are concerned about polar bears and whales. They use paper bags like premium brands instead of plastic bags. So, there you have it. ZARA is great and if you don't agree with me, explain to me why the founder is in the Top Ten Richest Person list.
